Global Business Diversity and Inclusion Challenge
We have witnessed a rise in nationalism, factionalism, racism, culturalism and more. Uncertainty abounds from boardrooms to shop floors, and it is impacting the way we live and work. These issues have opened a discussion within businesses throughout the world on “company culture” and the future landscape of the workplace.
YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT DRIVING POSITIVE CHANGE, AND SO ARE WE.
The Beyond Borders company culture challenge is a unique opportunity to bring together passionate students with diverse backgrounds from around the world. During the case competition, student teams will propose innovative solutions to help organizations build better and more sustainable organizational cultures beyond borders.
When we say that we're passionate about diversity, it's not just pretty words. Diversity isn’t just a data point, it is a core part of each one of us. We are all diverse in thought, idea, and experiences.
Are you an immigrant? Apply.
International student? Apply.
Do you use a wheelchair? Apply.
Are you visual or hearing impaired? Apply.
Do you define yourself differently from the norm? Apply.
The same as everyone else? Apply. (Because you’re not.)
We’ve created this entire competition because today’s businesses want to understand diversity—and that can’t happen without you!
So, our point is simple: no matter who you are, no matter what makes you different, we need you.
